The « Automobile Club de l’Ouest » is searching for applicants from all backgrounds willing to throw themselves into a dynamic company of a global reach.

Our recruitments meet our development needs regarding all our activities. We are looking for applicants with professional and relational agility, which will allow them to succeed in our activities in the field of sporting events. Simplicity and sincerity might be valued qualities within our voluntary structure.

INDUCTION and CAREERS

Reception

The induction of new co-workers, which is an essential step of the recruitment process, will condition their mobilisation and their success in the post. A personalised device is set up as soon as they arrive: welcome kit, collective discovery day, set up of a process adapted to the first days of work (organised timetable), a memo of arrival in the company issued to all co-workers.

Careers

The development of the « Automobile Club de l’Ouest » is based on the quality and the involvement of men and women it consists of. Managers and the HR department are attentive to co-workers’ aspirations. Numerous career opportunities are offered. Job offers are circulated internally to the employees. In this way, In a state of constant change, our organisation promotes career advancements depending on everyone’s skills and experience.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

The training is a major focus of our Human Resources policy. This is why we allocate each year a budget that equates to more than 3% of the annual gross payroll  in order to develop the skills of our co-workers.

Young people

The « Automobile Club de l’Ouest » welcomes numerous young people as part of their school career to encourage them in their beginning of professional lives. Contracts of apprenticeship or professional training contracts in a large diversity of qualifications are implemented. Each year we offer about twenty internships.
